As per owners’, flag State, MLC and STCW 2010 requirements, Alassia:
- selects suitably qualified and experienced officers and ratings
- conducts all union negotiations
- makes all medical, payroll, insurance and transportation arrangements for the crew
- arranges all familiarisation, debriefing and training, ashore and on board
