On June 29th, Cymona Star was handed over to her new owners after two decades of service under our principal's family. Twenty years is a long run for any vessel. She was neither the newest ship in the fleet nor the biggest. But she had been built at a very high quality shipyard (IHI Japan) with a high spec, and was maintained to the highest standards since day one. This made her reliable which in this industry, meant she was popular with our clients.
To every seafarer who served aboard her: you gave her the best years of her life. That's your legacy as much as hers.
To her new owners: take care of her. She's earned it.
